
JCPenney Announces Closures By The End Of May: Are Any New Jersey Locations Closing?
JCPenney is expected to close several locations in the United States by the end of May.
According to an article in the Courier Post, the well-known department store told USA Today that the closures are because of "expiring lease agreements, market changes or other factors."

With several New Jersey locations, many are wondering if any stores are closing in the Garden State.
According to the article, here's a list of the stores closing on or around May 25th.

- The Shops At Northfield in Denver, Colorado
- Pine Ridge Mall in Pocatello, Idaho
- West Ridge Mall in Topeka, Kansas
- Fox Run Mall in Newington, New Hampshire
- Asheville Mall in Asheville, North Carolina
- Charleston Town Center in Charleston, West Virginia

Luckily, NO stores in New Jersey are slated to close in this latest round of closures, which is great news.

It's one of those stores I haven't been to in a very long time, but I'm so used to seeing it whenever I'm at the mall. It's been around forever.
