After a day off on Monday, the Philadelphia Phillies are in Boston at Fenway Park to take on the Red Sox with Zack Wheeler, who is 1-0, 3.12 ERA  in three starts since returning from offseason surgery to treat a blood clot and thoracic outlet syndrome.

Streaks on the Line: Marsh and Schwarber Stay Hot

The Phillies seem to have settled in on a lineup under new manager Don Mattingly, highlighted by Brandon Marsh, who is riding a 12-game hit streak, the longest active streak in MLB and the longest streak of his career.

Another hot bat in the Phillies lineup is Kyle Schwarber, who has hit home runs in four straight games, one shy of the Phillies team record.

New Managers, New Results: Mattingly vs. Tracy

Both teams have played 13 games since firing their managers, with the Phillies going 10-3 under Don Mattingly, and the Red Sox 7-6 under Chad Tracy. The Phillies' record during that stretch is the third-best record in MLB during that span, behind the Rays and Cubs (each 10-2)
